Refund Policy

1. About This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made to NRIinvestIndia.com, c/o NRI ASSISTANCE AND CONSULTING SERVICES for our NRI documentation and process assistance services.

By making a payment on our website or through our payment links, you agree to the refund rules given on this page.

2. Our Services (Summary)

We mainly help clients with:

  • OCI process consulting and guidance
  • NRI tax filing assistance (Indian returns)
  • PAN card filing assistance
  • 15CA form filing assistance for NRIs and OCI holders

These services cover consulting, document review, form filling support, and step-wise guidance. Government fees, if any, are separate and are not part of our service charges.

3. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Conditions)

We offer a 30-day money back window from the date of your payment, with the following conditions:

A. Full refund (100%) – No service used

  • You request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment, and
  • You have not used our services at all. This means:
  • No email, phone, or WhatsApp consultation was taken, and
  • No application kit / forms / checklists / instructions were sent by us to you.

In this case, we will process a full refund of our service fee, subject to payment gateway rules.

B. Partial refund (50%) – Consultation and kit sent

  • You request a refund within 30 days from the date of payment, and
  • You have taken email, phone, or WhatsApp consultation from us, and
  • We have sent you our service kit by email (forms, sample applications, checklists, and instructions), and
  • Your final case has not yet been fully prepared and submitted to the concerned authority or portal by us.

In this situation, we will refund 50% of our service fee. The remaining 50% covers the time and knowledge already given to your case.

C. No refund – Work already completed / submitted

  • Once your full case has been prepared and submitted to the relevant authority, portal, or agent, or
  • Once we have completed the full scope of work as agreed for that service,

no refund is given, even if you are still within 30 days from the date of payment.

Important: After 30 days from the date of your payment, no refund will be provided in any case, whether you used the service or not.

4. Situations Where No Refund Is Given

In addition to the above, refunds will not be given in the following cases:

  • You request a refund after 30 days from the date of payment.
  • You do not share documents or information on time and the case gets delayed.
  • The application is rejected, delayed, or kept on hold by the government or any authority.
  • Rules, fees, or policies change on government portals after we have started work.
  • You change your mind, move to another service provider, or decide you no longer need the service.

Our fee is for consulting and assistance work done by our team. We have no control over final approvals, rejections, or processing time taken by government departments.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the allowed 30-day window, please send an email from your registered email ID to:

Your email should clearly mention:

  • Your full name
  • Registered email ID and mobile number
  • Service you paid for (PAN / OCI / Tax / 15CA etc.)
  • Date and approximate time of payment
  • Payment reference or transaction ID, if available
  • Reason for asking refund

Our team will review your case and inform you whether you qualify for a full refund, partial refund, or no refund as per this policy.

6. Refund Method & Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

  • Refunds are usually sent back to the same payment source (card, bank account, wallet, etc.) used for payment.
  • If that is not possible due to technical reasons, we may ask for your bank details to process the refund.
  • Any payment gateway charges, bank charges, or currency conversion charges which are not refunded to us by the gateway or bank may be adjusted from the refund amount.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have any issue with our service, we request you to first contact us directly at info@nriinvestindia.com. Most concerns can be sorted out with clear communication.

If a chargeback or dispute is raised with your bank or card issuer without contacting us, we may share all proof of communication and work done to explain the case to the payment gateway or bank.

8. Changes to This Refund Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will change the "Effective date" at the top of this page.

The policy in force on the date of your payment will apply to your transaction. We recommend that you save a copy of this page for your records at the time of payment.
