Our main role is to guide and assist non-resident Indians and overseas Indians with documentation and process support related to India.

2. Services We Provide

We mainly provide process consulting, guidance and form-filling assistance, including:

• OCI process consulting and step-by-step guidance
• NRI tax filing assistance (Indian income tax returns)
• PAN card filing assistance
• 15CA form filing assistance for NRIs and OCI card holders

We help you understand procedures, prepare documents, and submit forms correctly. Government fees, if any, are separate and payable to the concerned authorities or portals.

3. Eligibility & Your Responsibility

You confirm that you are legally allowed to use our services and to share your information with us. You are responsible for:

• Giving correct, complete and up-to-date information and documents
• Reviewing all forms and details before we submit them on your behalf
• Following the rules, timelines and requirements set by Indian authorities

We rely fully on the information you share with us. We are not responsible if there is a delay, rejection or penalty because of wrong, incomplete or late information given by you.

4. Payments & Service Charges

Our service fees are charged for consulting, documentation help and process assistance only. The fee amount for each service will be shared with you on our website, by email, phone or WhatsApp.

• All payments are to be made through the payment options we provide (such as PayU).
• Charges may be shown in INR or another currency, depending on your location and payment method.
• Bank charges, currency conversion charges and taxes, if any, are extra and are your responsibility.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the information you provide is correct.

5. No Professional or Legal Advice

Our team shares practical guidance and process-related help based on experience and public rules. We are not your legal, tax, or financial advisor.

For complex tax planning, legal disputes, or investment decisions, you should consult a licensed professional such as a chartered accountant, tax lawyer, or financial advisor in your country and/or in India.

6. Use of Government & Third-Party Portals

Many services (such as PAN, OCI, tax filing or 15CA) are finally completed on official government portals or through third-party service providers.

• We may create or use your account on such portals only to complete your requested work, after taking your consent.
• We are not responsible for any service outage, downtime, technical issue, or policy change on those external websites.
• Final decisions such as approval, rejection, or delay rest with the concerned government departments, not with us.

7. Data, Privacy & Communication

We collect and use your personal data (such as passport copy, PAN details, tax information, contact details, etc.) only for delivering the services you have requested and for basic record-keeping.

We normally communicate with you through email, phone, and WhatsApp. By using our services, you agree to receive such communication related to your case.

8. Limitation of Liability

We try to work with care, but some things are outside our control, such as:

• Government rules or policy changes
• Processing delays by authorities or third-party portals
• Technical errors on government websites or payment gateways

To the maximum extent allowed by law, NRIinvestIndia.com and NRI ASSISTANCE AND CONSULTING SERVICES will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss, including loss of time, loss of opportunity, or penalties imposed by authorities.

Our total liability, if any, for any claim related to our services will be limited to the service fee actually paid by you to us for that specific engagement.
